2. Webinar Registrations
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your webinar registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the webinar.
2.2 Partial Refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the webinar start time are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
2.3 No Refund
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the webinar start time or for no-shows.
2.4 Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending a live webinar due to issues on our platform, we will offer either a full refund or access to the recorded session at no additional charge.
3. Course Purchases
3.1 Standard Refund Period
For on-demand courses and educational programs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
3.2 Content Access Limitation
Once you have accessed more than 20% of a course, the purchase is considered final and no refunds will be issued.
3.3 Bundled Courses
For bundled course packages, the refund eligibility applies to the bundle as a whole. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
4. Subscription Services
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Event Cancellation
If we cancel a webinar or course, you will receive a full refund automatically within 10 business days, or you may choose to apply the credit toward another offering of equal or lesser value.
5.2 Rescheduling
If we reschedule a webinar and you cannot attend the new date, you will be eligible for a full refund or transfer to an alternative session.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to all services. If exchange rates have changed between the purchase date and refund date, the amount received may differ from the original amount paid due to currency fluctuation. We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange rate changes.
