c) Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material

d) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

e) Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services

f) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services or any other systems or networks

g) Record, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from webinar content without express written permission

h) Use automated systems or software to extract data from our services

i) Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account

5. Webinar Attendance and Participation

5.1 Registration

Registration for webinars may be required. You agree to provide accurate information when registering for events. Registration does not guarantee attendance if capacity limits are reached.

5.2 Conduct During Webinars

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct during live webinars. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of these terms.

5.3 Recording and Content Use

Webinars may be recorded. By participating, you consent to such recording and our use of your name, image, voice, and comments in connection with our services. You may not record webinars without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content, materials, features, and functionality available through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, software, and compilation thereof, are owned by Dravionexor, our licensors, or other content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business use only.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on our content or services without our express written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Submission

Our services may allow you to submit questions, comments, feedback, or other content. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content.

Certain webinars and services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8.2 Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal fees.

8.3 Payment Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

8.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund eligibility vary by service and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dravionexor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms or your use of our services.
